Our approach

Tilt.University is built by a teacher for learning. We treat student work, teacher accounts, and school data with the care we would want for our own classrooms.

What we collect

Account information (name, email, role), the content students submit into Smart-Reader.ai and SmartEssay.ai, and basic usage information used to improve the product experience.

How we use it

To provide the learning experience, to support teachers and students, and to improve reliability and quality. Student work is not sold and is not used to train third-party foundation models.

Who can see student work

Students, their teachers, and — where applicable — the school administrators who manage the account.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting us. School administrators may manage data on behalf of their organization.
